    Hi,

When an email is sent from the plugin to the customer, it arrives without the sender’s name in the header. The sender states “my blog”. The name of the webshop is well set at settings> general. I can’t find the cause, can you help?

    Greets,
    Hans

    Hi @joannecooper,
You can adjust the placeholders within the header text. If you want the customer’s name you can use this: {customer_first_name} This can be adjusted from the Email Type and Text tab.
Is this what you’re referencing? If not, please start a new thread as this one has already been marked as resolved.

The email sender is setup by SMTP I suggest you configure custom SMTP settings so that you can define the email sender and it’s not based on something your hosting provider is doing.

To clarify our plugin does not control this.

Great, thank you, was so simple:)

It says the wp-mail plugin is a 30 day trial. What happens then?

    Hi @quesoho,
I’m not sure what you’re asking. This thread is for the Kadence WooCommerce Email Design plugin. If you have a question about that please start a new thread.

    Kindly,
    Hannah
