 * Hello author,
 * I am using user-frontend plugin in my multisite network but I can’t find my registration
   form for site creation, when I am activating this plugin I found only email and
   username input field. I want to create frontend site creation form. Is this possible
   with your plugin. If yes please let me know how can I achieve this.
