• I am trying to setup MU for a few sites, but I am running into an issue. I currently have MU setup on http://www.getpcc.net and the primary domain is working. I am trying to setup http://www.ericppeterson.com to use the subdomain http://ericppeterson.getpcc.net that I setup in MU. I have setup a CNAME for *.ericppeterson.com to point to ericppeterson.getpcc.net. I can verify that http://ericppeterson.getpcc.net works fine, but the redirection is not working. I have both domains registered with Netfirms and I have tried setting up ericppeterson.com as a parked domain and also as a non parked domain. It just seems like the CNAME is not redirecting the website correctly.

Thanks for any help anyone can give me.

I have setup a CNAME for *.ericppeterson.com to point to ericppeterson.getpcc.net.

I might be wrong, but I THOUGHT you point it at getpcc.com and let the domain mapping plugin pull the right page.

I actually tried that also. I found a tutorial online (can’t remember where) and it told me to put the entire site (ericppeterson.getpcc.net in my example). When I setup the site in the dashboard, it told me to put it to getpcc.net.

Does anyone know which is correct?
