# WordPress Menu not working

 * Dear sir,
 * i can not create the wordpress menu. when i go to appearance and than click on
   menu and just create the New Menu like main Menu. its not creating.
 * i test by changing theme and deactivate all plugins but still same problem kindly
   help me. i am using latest wordpress.

 * Hello Zeeshansum, sorry about the issue you are having.
 * What I would advice you do is deactivate your current theme and return to the
   default WordPress theme, then try to create the new menu again.
 * If the issue still persists, try rolling back to the most recent backup.
 * Also, what version of WordPress were you running on before you upgraded to the
   latest?
 * And then finally, if all persists contact your web host
 * Please note: If you are having this issue by trying to create the new menu using
   the customiser, why don’t you try using the backend of the site

 * thanks for Your help. my hosting company said its need to be upload backup so
   i upload backup again, and its working fine now, that was due to i install new
   theme.
