WordPress menu not showing in wp-admin

I’m logging into my site via wp-admin and the host provider’s access. Both allow me into the WP working site, however only Dashboard and Profile show in the WP menu. No Pages, Posts, Appearance, ect. shows in the menu. I’ve tried through three browsers, two devices and cleared cache.I’ve contacted the host provider and they’re not seeing the problem. Menu shows from their end. Any suggestions?
