# WordPress Menu Disappeared

 * Hi,
 * I recently installed a plugin called Search Terms Tagging 2. I added some widgets
   to my menu bar after installing this plugin and then all of sudden my whole menu
   on the left hand side disappears after doing this. I cannot even access my admin
   pannel because its gone. Can someone help me sort this out please?

 * start with deactivating the plugin in question and see if that resolves the issue.

 * Yes but i can’t actually get in to the site admin pannel because it has dissappeared
   from the menu bar? How else can i access the admin pannel?

 * You can also [reset the plugins folder](http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)
   by FTP or phpMyAdmin.
 * if that does not resolve the issue, you can also try re-uploading the wp-admin
   and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress?
