    i accidentally deleted my menu. I went to create the menu over again, and after updating my menu, it never reflects the updates on my website. Never had this happen. I updated wordpress before this happened. Not sure if that has anything to do with it. Also, is there a way to retrieve a menu?

    To retrieve a deleted menu, only with a site restore if you have a backup 🙁

    not sure why you cannot see the new one though? make sure you check the boxes where you want your menu to appear.
