 * PLEASE FIX THIS!!!
 * WordPress media manager is just terrible!
 * Please allow for folders or some way to sort images into readily distinguishable
   groups that can be managed as groups.
 * Why do I have to scroll through hundreds of images to get to those at the bottom
   of the list, waiting each time for a few more to load.
 * Please update to allow the following:
 * – folders (or at least groups or categories)
    – group add/delete – auto resize
   options – a UI that is more friendly for faster workflow – an image cache that
   is faster
 * – can anyone else add something here?
 * I realise there are plugins, that might do SOME of this, but they are all pretty
   average and don’t achieve a good, smooth, easy, logical workflow or UI.
 * Please fix this! It seems to never get any attention for some reason. Do the 
   coders find the media manager less glamorous to work on?
