# log in from an unknown IP address

 * I had an issue whereby my security plugin advised me there’d been a log in from
   an unknown IP address. I checked with my web host and they stated:
 * I have checked this with our hosting team and this seems to be a coding related
   issue.
 * In this case, please try checking with WordPress if they keep logs of this as
   well as with your developer to see if there are no loops in the coding.
 * I’m totally un-technical. What does this mean? I’m finding I can’t ‘check with
   WordPress’ as being open-source apparently they can’t help.
