# WordPress login

 * I can’t reset my password for my site
    I have no spam filter on my e-mail I get
   the code just not the password
 * Is there any other way to get it back

 * You can’t get the password, just the code. WordPress doesn’t know your password,
   it stores it as a hashed value. The code will let you set a new password..

 * Here I will explain it some more:
 * I click
 * > Lost your password?
 * I put in my E-mail
 * I get the e-mail that says:
 * > Someone has asked to reset the password for the following site and username.
   > LINK TO SITE
   > Username:USERNAME
   > To reset your password visit the following address, otherwise just ignore this
   > email and nothing will happen.
   > LINK TO NEW PASSWORD
 * Then I click the link
 * It says
 * >  Check your e-mail for your new password.
 * I look and it does not come in(I have refreshed the page and Waited several hours)
 * Does that give you the info you need???
