You can’t get the password, just the code. WordPress doesn’t know your password, it stores it as a hashed value. The code will let you set a new password..
I know after I get the code it says I get an e-mail with my password But I won’t get the e-mail
Here I will explain it some more:
I click
Lost your password?
I put in my E-mail
I get the e-mail that says:
Someone has asked to reset the password for the following site and username.
LINK TO SITE
Username:USERNAME
To reset your password visit the following address, otherwise just ignore this email and nothing will happen.
LINK TO NEW PASSWORD
Then I click the link
It says
Check your e-mail for your new password.
I look and it does not come in(I have refreshed the page and Waited several hours)
Does that give you the info you need???
Be sure to check your email client’s spam folders, just in case.
