WordPress Log-in issue

    Hi

    I can sign into my WordPress website dashboard without any issues.

    However I have created an additional user for someone with their own username and password, and when they try logging in to the dashboard it says the details are incorrect. But the details are correct.

    When I try signing in with their details I log-in fine without any issues. Why would this happen? Is it a block on their IP??
