 * no i only found that script in “.JS”/”javascripts” files as hexacodes below

 * this code is included in each js files in bottom of the file content.
    if i removed
   it now, then after some duration it will again enters in these files.

 * That would depend entirely on the theme itself.
 * WordPress is developed by volunteers, and they make beta releases publicly available
   at least a month before final releases, in hopes that the theme developers will
   test their few themes with the next version of WordPress, rather than the few
   volunteer WordPress developers testing a few thousand themes themselves.
