WordPress Issue: Missing toobar

Hi

I was wondering if there’s somebody in the forum that could help me with this difficult problem. Maybe best refer to one of the wordpress developers as they may have a better idea how to troubleshoot this.

See… Ever since I made a website transfer of my blog http://www.generationmechjournal.com to my new host, my blogging ability is somewhat ‘limited’. When making a new post, I don’t have the toolbar that allows me to make headings bold or italics or provide html links etc etc. It’s as if though it was hidden.

Is there anyway i can upload my recorded avi into this post so I can better explain it?
