WordPress is auto rewriting my slugs but not titles (special characters)

Hey. I cant seem to get wordpress to stop autorewriting my slugs when im using language specific characters. IDN letters work just find in titles and elsewhere and is supported by google and other search engines. when wordpress is rewriting my url and removes IDN specific characters its harming my local seo. is it any way to make wordpresss support IDN? =)
