wordpress integrated website

    I have a website client that have a website integrated with WordPress.
    For almost 3 years the client did not notice that is a blog page (xxx.com/blog)
    because all post are display on the homepage using a loop.

    Now the client know there is a blog page(wrodpress site). he want to remove it but keep the site the same.

    it there a way to restrict access to the wordpress page?
