WordPress installed in Root, blog in a folder

  • I can’t seem to get this right, so I’m asking for a little helping hand here. Basically following on from this little tutorial:

    http://www.noscope.com/journal/2006/04/extending-wordpress-to-use-home-page-as-homepage

WordPress is actually in a third folder in this case. So structure is as follows:

    /index (language sniffer)
    /english (root wordpress install)/blog

Now the problem is that unless I put /english/blog/index.php then nothing shows up (or in my case the 404.php shows up.

How do I sort it out so that if I put /english/blog or /english/blog/index.php it’ll work no problems?
