I had a bluehost one click wordpress.org self hosted thing installed, then they had sent me an email about the link, username and password. Although…
    1) http://www.pose-central.com/wp-admin on that link, it lead me to wordpress.COM’s dashboard, even if I had logged out, the name and pass wouldn’t work.
    2) What kind of things should I set up to make it work?

You could try emptying your browser’s cache, perhaps it’s serving up a saved link that is no longer correct. Refresh the page, change the above link to /wp-login, try it again.

After cleared all my browser’s caches

    I went here: http://pose-central.com/wp-login

It landed me a page that says “Page not found – Well this is somewhat embarrassing, isn’t it?…”

Maybe because my host haven’t been properly set up? But I have totally no idea which thing I did wrong nor things I should have added.

Also try to log in using different browser. If it is a problem of the cache this will solve.

I tried IE, it landed me on the same game “Page not found”

Maybe the host has something wrong or anything?

my type should be page, not game

the link I went to was http://pose-central.com/wp-login

In different browser does nothing different?

Is that screen should be the right login page because it is .COM not .ORG?

I went there, logged in, though it is the same old .COM dashboard.

Also when I use the provided name and pass to the admin panel to wordpress, the login (the long link you had pasted in) thing gave me this message:
You attempted to login with the email or username ‘admin’ on WordPress.com. If you were trying to access your self hosted WordPress.org blog, try yourdomain.com/wp-admin/. If you can’t remember your WordPress.com email or username, you can reset your password by providing your email address. If you have any questions please contact support.
