it was simply the SITE URL left blank in Settings -> General
Filled with mu site URL, everything started working again.
You have to enabling WP_DEBUG in wp-config.php, and it may this error:
“Notice: Undefined index: host”
Try—
1.Download and unzip the WordPress package if you haven’t already.
2.Create a database for WordPress on your web server, as well as a MySQL user who has all privileges for accessing and modifying it.
3.Find and rename wp-config-sample.php to wp-config.php, then edit the file (see Editing wp-config.php) and add your database information.
4.Upload the WordPress files to the desired location on your web server.
5.Run the WordPress installation script by accessing the URL in a web browser. This should be the URL where you uploaded the WordPress files.

HI I have no knowledge in this area but was just following instructions, please bare with me. I registered my domain name on godaddy then continued on hostgator then installed wordpress with quick install. Everything went smoothly I got all messages stated that installation was successful. i waited a while like 2- 24hrs before i decided to check the site out but all I got was godaddy’s parked free page I am also unable to connect to my admin page I get the same page from godaddy. this was since Tuesday 10th. Can someone please help me. i just want to know if its go daddy’s issue or some wordpress installation problem. this is the site http://tlcreationstt.com/
