# WordPress install sql error

 * Hi,
    I am attempting to install my first wordpress in my whm hosting server for
   my clients use on their domain. I have done everything according to instructions
   but I keep getting this error.Here is the clients site.

 * I have deleted the db and created it afresh twice.
    Seems to be a MySQL problem
   in my WHM. Something I haven’t done or activated I assume.
 * Kindly somebody help.
    If there is a wordpress/WHM consultant out there I’d also
   appreciate future help at agreed terms please.

 * That’s not really an SQL error. That error is telling you that you do not have
   the database connection details set up correcdtly in your `wp-config.php` file.
   I’d suggest that you double-check the values that you have set for the hostname,
   database name and user name and if those are correct (remember that cPanel adds
   a prefix to database and usernames by default) then reset the password to something
   new and try it again.
