WordPress install on localhost Site Title

    I’m at the fill in the information page of my wordpress install on Wamp.
    First question is Site title.
    Is that my actual domain name minus the .com, or is that localhost, or is that a generic user name. I’m pretty sure this is where I blew it last time
    Please help
