WordPress Install keeps repeating (solved)

    I was installing WordPress 4.x and kept getting a loop following the “All Right Sparky run the install” screen. The install would loop back to the choose a language screen.

    Somehow the wp-config-sample.php file had been deleted. I uploaded and the install ran as it should.

    Somehow the wp-config-sample.php file had been deleted.

    That would not cause that but missing other files may have.

    I guess that it was some kind of error on the server as that’s the only file I uploaded. I was a little surprise that worked.
