# WordPress in frame refresh issue

 * hey guys,
 * I’ve got WordPress in an old school frameset with a player in the top frame and
   my wordpress site in the bottom. [http://fileundermusic.com/site.html](http://fileundermusic.com/site.html)
 * It works well, EXCEPT, it flashes or reloads each time i got to a webpage within
   the site.
 * It doesn’t do this when it’s not in the frame ([http://fileundermusic.com/label/](http://fileundermusic.com/label/)
 * Anybody got any ideas on how to cache the page or something so that it doesn’t
   reload for each new section??
 * Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
