 * Hello,
    I’m not very on point with network problems. When i make speed test on
   my website, there is almost 1 second of waiting time with the https address.

 * Do you know what can cause a https url get 1 sec of waiting response ?

 * Looks like slow hosting (for your wordpress set up, maybe heavy theme or lots
   of plugins). Cant say more looking at that pic.
