 * When I try to force SSL on a page I get an apache 404.
    According to my client’s
   hosting package the ssl is hosted on another server which is then mapped to the
   domain ie.
 * [https://web.secure-server.com/clientomain.com/](https://web.secure-server.com/clientomain.com/)
   to [http://www.clientdomain.com](http://www.clientdomain.com)
 * how do i set this up with WordPress HTTPS plugin?
