 * WordPress is still no easy transition to https. To move you have to pass a lot
   of problems. Isn’t it time to introduce into the engine a seamless transition
   to https? It is much more important than a new image or amendment of css styles.

 * Please review Moving WordPress.

 * WordPress will adjust to HTTPS pretty seamlessly but the old references must
   be adjusted in the database _as if you were moving to another server._
 * If your theme isn’t protocol friendly, meaning it doesn’t adjust to https then
   that’s not a WordPress issue but a limitation of your theme.
