WordPress – How Do I love Thee, Let Me count the Ways!

I’ve been using a basic PHP blog for a long time and finally summoned the courage to install WordPress and see where it would take me. I’m not the greatest code hacker out there, but everything you’ve provided was easy enough for me! I know some features are a result of others’ template contributions, but YOU RULE!

I approach every web project as if I were a user who knew nothing about the internet. When I land on a page, it has to make sense. Many blogs are confusing and navigation is a mess. But with WordPress, I made it smart, easy, and customized! I only wish I did this sooner!

How Do I love Thee?
1) Fast installation!
2) Experimenting with templates is a snap!
3) I had to customize my blog’s dimensions. Easy!
4) My reader comments are finally visible under my blog!
5) Did I mention my reader comments are finally visible under my blog?
6) The sidebars were easy to customize and reflect what I wanted!
7) The RSS subscription feature ROCKS!
8) I love the easy navigation with previous and next
9) I don’t know any PHP at all, but the file and folder structure was easy enough to figure out and make everything work.
10) You have a huge fan base and I found awesome tutorials and tips as a result
11) The CSS style sheet gave me great flexibility
12) I’m telling everyone about WordPress

I don’t make posts like this, but this is awesome beyond words and you need to know it! I’m actually excited about my blog now! Great job everyone!
