wordpress has shopping cart plugin with ticket suport?

    I don’t installed WordPress yet, but before doing that I would like to know if there is a plugin (store or shopping cart) where the buyer can opening up a support ticket for products purchased as the IP Nexus from Invision Power Board?

    So, I would like to make a website with newspaper articles and some newspaper articles containing one file. Before the file can be downloaded, the user must purchase file. Next, for that file, the users can open a support ticket private.

    I want to tell me if with WordPress I can make such a site and if so, how? I would like some recommendation, please.
