 * my site has been fine the past days, but now I visit the page or the login admin
   page and both pages are blank.
    I remember trying the auto update last night 
   but it said ‘failed’ then today its offline, blank. pls advise. thanks..

 * FTP in and manually deactivate your plugins by renaming the folder or changing
   the permissions on the file to 000.
 * Then try again
