 * Hello there,
 * I was just wondering, if anyone has had their WordPress hacked lately? I run 
   several websites using WP’s latest stable script, and all websites got hacked
   this week.
 * The hacker edited all “index.php” and “config.php” files by adding some bizarre
   coding at the top.
 * Anyone else with this kind of trouble?

 * Please ask your hosting provider to provide logs from which IP that hacked and
   add that IP range to block IP address for your domain…
 * Always use strong passwords for your account…and wordpress is open source so 
   always use any plugins which are stable and compatible with wordpress…Do not 
   use any third party plugin/code/template which may cause the issue..
