WordPress gone really slow for some reason…help!

For some reason my wordpress install has slowed down so much that now my RSS won’t work. The server seems OK as I have other files which I can access really quickly.
I recently installed a couple of plugins – all in one seo pack last week and feedsmith yesterday. I have disabled both but it doesn’t seem to make much difference. Other than those plugins I haven’t made any changes for ages. It was fine until a couple of days ago and no it’s crazy slow.
Please help!!!
