WordPress Gift Card Plugin not working

    `Hi,

    I have emailed numerous times.
    I have paid €19.06 to you for use of your Pro version for plugin.
    I did not receive this zip file after purchasing, instead I got an invalid link and no receipt.

    I need the pro version for website yogaforeveryone.ie.
    PLEASE HELP??

    Thank you for your message.
    For your information,
    + I did not receive this zip file after purchasing
    => Please make the zip file, which will contain a zip file to install the plugin and document file as guideline.
    + Instead I got an invalid link and no receipt.
    => If you payment by paypal, please turn on the paypal payment function in the configuration, and remember to enter the PayPal Client ID, PayPal Secret Key. Here attached screenshot https://prnt.sc/10e43s1
    Also, If you want to send payment invoice, please turn on “Send Customer Receipt” in setting. Here attached screenshot https://prnt.sc/10e44qy
    + The last thing, Dont forget to configure smtp email.
