 * Hello,
 * I have a broken WordPress. The website itself looks normal, but the admin center
   is quite stuck, some pages won’t even load (e.g. when searching for plugins it
   freezes and I have to refresh the page). And when using some plugins it shows
   errors (e.g. WP Fastest Cache reports an **unknown error** or WPvivid Backup
   reports **SyntaxError: Unexpected token ”, “”… is not valid JSON**
 * Obviously there is an error directly in WordPress, but I have no idea how to
   fix it.
 * Please help
 * Thank you
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fwordpress-frozen-with-json-error%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * Hello,
   I checked have your website and it looks like you have put the website
   under maintenance mode. As the website is still visible, this may not be a WordPress
   core error directly.From the problems you mentioned, the issue may be related
   to a plugin conflict or a hosting-side error which is causing invalid JSON responses
   in wp-admin.If you are still able to access your admin dashboard, I would recommend
   temporarily disabling all the plugins for testing. Make sure that you do not
   uninstall them directly. Just deactivate them and check whether the admin area
   starts working normally again.If disabling the plugins fixes the issue, then
   reactivate them one by one so that you can identify which plugin is causing the
   problem.If the issue still continues even after this, I would suggest you contacting
   your hosting provider and asking them to check for PHP errors, ModSecurity blocks,
   or REST API/AJAX failures.This might help you.Thank you.

 * I would recommend the following steps:
    - Go to Settings > Permalinks and save the settings again without making any
      changes. This will reset WordPress’s internal URL cache.
    - As a test, deactivate all plugins. This will rule them out as the cause.
    - If it still doesn’t work properly, switch the theme to a default theme like
      TwentyTwentyFive. At that point – with no plugins and a default theme – there
      should be no issues.
    - Also check under Tools > Site Health to see if there are any messages there.
