WordPress Firewall has detected and blocked my own IP

    WordPress Firewall has detected and blocked my own IP so I do not have acess to my own cpanel, so I can not change plugins , whic blocking me. When I try to log in as usual, I am transfered to my page as visitor and by email I got info Alert from WordPress Firewall that my own IP may be a “Remote File Execution Attack.” How I can solve this problem?
