# WordPress Failure Notice

 * I have been trying to upload the theme to both WordPress Themes and Plugins and
   neither works. When the upload reaches 100% the page redirects me to a WordPress
   Failure Notice.
 * I know the proper way to upload the zip only file. I have tried uploading the
   WordPress zip file only and turning the style.css into a zip and uploading that.
   I still get the WordPress Failure Notice.
 * This is extremely frustrating as I have raised tickets about the issue already
   and my website is down because of this issue. On top of that we are a charity
   running an online fundraising campaign in which the participants cannot continue
   their work.

 * What’s the failure notice text? And when you switch to the Twenty Thirteen theme
   and deactivate all of your plugins can you then upload new plugins and themes?
 * This is a temporary step to see if your theme or plugins is somehow causing this
   failure.
