    hello am trying to update my wordpress website but i
   get this error Unpacking the update…
 * Verifying the unpacked files…
 * Preparing to install the latest version…
 * The update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some files. 
   This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions.: wp-includes/cron.php
 * Installation Failed

 * I am guessing that you are trying to update in your hosted webserver, please 
   confirm.
    It would be worth trying to delete all the relevant files and directories
   and try and update again. If it fails again, and if you are on a hosted webserver,
   then contact your web hosting support. Otherwise provide relevant details of 
   how you are hosted.
