WordPress Error: Possible reason: your host may have disabled the mail() functio

Hi,
My wp-admin password has been changed automatically and when I try to reset it, I see this error

“The e-mail could not be sent.
Possible reason: your host may have disabled the mail() function.”

I have searched about it on google, everybody saying to install SMTP plugin, I can manually add this plugin’s file to my file manager in the plugin’s folder but I can’t customize its settings, because I don’t have login access. My blog’s URL: http://brightfuturetravels.com/.
