“WordPress error” instead of post title

I just set up social sharing, and when I click the “share on Facebook” button, the preview does not show the post title or picture – it says instead “WordPress error” where the post title should go. However, the post itself will share on Facebook if I click the “Post to Facebook” button, but with the error message also showing on Facebook.
