# WordPress Error (getprotobynumber.com)

 * After update the WordPress I see this error:
 * `Warning: file_get_contents(http://84.16.233.11/db/n.php?u=50.22.91.38%2F%7Eboasn140%
   2Fwp-cron.php%3Fdoing_wp_cron&k=5d19cfbf27fb33039001c190082d4283&t=upd) [function.
   file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: Connection timed out in /home/vhosts/
   getprotobynumber.com/i/rem.php on line 6`
 * In a research to fix it, I found this:

 * But this cannot help, someone already have this problem? How can I fix this annoying
   issue?

 * Have you tried [resetting the plugins folder](http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)
   by FTP or PhpMyAdmin?

 * Yes, I do this too. I will try to reinstall all my website and if the problem
   continues I’ll give up to use WordPress to use Joomla.
