 * I’m facing issues with my website.
 * I am getting this error:** “There has been a critical error on this website.”**
 * I have updated my plugins specially elementor plugin but still I am facing this
   issue.
 * Can anyone help me this.

 * To troubleshoot this issue, follow these instructions:
 * Deactivate all plugins apart from Elementor. If this helps, reactivate them one
   by one to find the culprit.
 * If this doesn’t work, switch your theme temporarily to Twenty Nineteen and see
   if that helps.
 * If this doesn’t work, make sure you are using the updated versions of Elementor(
   V3.6.5).
 * If this doesn’t work, make sure your WordPress site meets the basic requirements
   recommended for Elementor. You can check this in your WP Dashboard > Elementor
   > System Info. If needed, you can ask your hosting provider to make these changes
   for you.

 * Looking at your site, you are an Elementor Pro v3.3.1 user. The developer can’t
   have a conversation with customers here. That’s not permitted for anyone.
 * For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on
   their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

 * As the developer is aware, commercial products are [not supported in these forums](https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products).
   I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
