WordPress Email Template not working

Hi,

I have quite some problems with the Email Template WordPress have made. I cannot edit email and it will not send the information it should from our design tool etc.
In the past there was an option to choose WooCommerce email template or WordPress. The WooCommerce worked quite well, but all of a sudden it was gone.
Any idea how to fix this? When I push the button “Open WordPress Email Editor” – I just get to the theme editor and will not be able to change any email settings.

Hi @chrislynersen

I hope you are doing well.

Due to some issues, we have removed that feature, and for now, if you edit a normal WordPress email, it will reflect on woo commerce emails also.

If you are using that feature, then you can enable Woo commerce template options from here.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks for your reply.

Unfortunately it is not working at all. I cannot edit things from the WordPress Email Editor. So I cannt activate anything else and all customer and admin mails does not look as they should, due to this problem with the Email editor.

Can you please share the plugin names you are using ?

Also, on the Email template edit page, press F12 and go to the console tab and refresh the page, and share the Console screenshot.

I have tried to upload image, but seems like not possible here.

So have made the screenshots in this file:

From the screenshots in the linked Canva file, there should be screenshots from when I opened the Email Editor and the console page.

As I wrote, we have quite a lot of plugins, so will not be easy to list them all. That is why I asked for specific plugins, if you had something in mind.

Apparently not, so I have now been taking screenshots of all plugins, so the canva pages are updated with those.
