# WordPress Email Problem

 * Hi there,
 * I just started a wordpress blog and I have some email problems.
    Whenever someone
   registers or clicks ‘forgot password’ they never receive the mail. My website
   does NOT support email capabilities and I think thats the problem. [http://appletech91.byethost6.com/](http://appletech91.byethost6.com/)
   My website
 * So is there a way to use an email like this : [name@hotmail.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/wordpress-email-problem/name@hotmail.com?output_format=md)
   instead of [wordpress@yourdomain.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/wordpress-email-problem/wordpress@yourdomain.com?output_format=md)
   as my website does not allow email capabilities? I can only find plugins to change
   from [wordpress@yourdomain.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/wordpress-email-problem/wordpress@yourdomain.com?output_format=md)
   to [admin@yourdomain.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/wordpress-email-problem/admin@yourdomain.com?output_format=md).

 * Oh hi again,
 * Once again, thx for your help.
 * But I haave another problem. I managed to configure the settings and everything
   and the test mail worked but still when I click forgot password or register I
   do not get any confirmation whatsoever.
 * Btw, I am using hotmail
 * It would be great if you could assist me.
