 * Hi,
 * I am testing the plugin (I chose Brevo as a provider) and it looks like I am
   unable to send email to specific domains.
   Everything is okay sending the email
   to GMAIL; however my custom domain mailbox is not getting any messages, even
   though the “Test Email” does not generate any errors. I reviewed with domain
   provider and getting emails from other users without error.Is there an option
   to enable some trace so I can find out where the problem is?
 * Thanks

 * Hi [@egeier](https://wordpress.org/support/users/egeier/),
 * Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused! If
   you don’t see any errors within the WP Mail SMTP plugin, please log into your
   Brevo account and check their [logs](https://help.brevo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360021533839-Transactional-email-logs-and-previews)
   for more information about these emails.
 * It’s possible that the emails may have been blocked on the recipient’s end due
   to aggressive spam rules or email filters. I recommend reporting this issue to
   Brevo support, as they should be able to provide more information about why these
   emails were blocked.
 * Please note that the WP Mail SMTP plugin acts as a bridge, establishing a connection
   between your WordPress site and your email provider (Brevo, in your case). This
   connection ensures that your website sends emails using an authenticated email
   account, giving you the highest probability of landing the notifications in the
   recipient’s inbox.
 * I hope this helps. Thanks!
