 * I was wondering if any of you, have some good tips for WordPress + Elementor 
   setup? Would like best practices for speeding up setup, as i know its possible.
 * I know about oxygen etc, but im asking specific for elementor. Maybe a developer
   in here with great understanding of optimizing the setup?
 * We are running Nitropack, as Cloudflare + WP rocket just seem as a bad solution
