    Hello,

I need to insert html generated by a seperate program into wordpress posts. this html contains class attributes to refer to css styles, like <td class="movenumber">1</td>. I added the needed styles to my style.css file.

The problem is that after saving the post, the html will be stripped of all class attributes, like <td>1</td>. Can I change this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

PS: I am using WordPress 2.0.2. The problem occurs when using the new ‘rich’ editor (klicking on the ‘html’ button and pasting there) and when pasting into the ‘old’ html editor.

When saving and reopening the post or when klicking on “Save and continue editing”, the html code will be changed.

I found out that it seems to work as intended, if the user has the administrator role. Any idea why this is? Any idea who I can achieve that normal Authors can write posts with html tags as described above?
