WordPress editor is broken

Hello! First i sorry for my bad english.

I have problem with text editor in wordpress – is broken

It is white and not have tools for text editing, is not work in section “add a new post” and is not work in a section “add a new page”. I try disable all plugins and try use a another theme, but still is not work and also i reinstall wordpress and restore from backup.
