 * It doesn’t look like you’ve installed WP yet. Try running install.php.
 * Any ideas ?!?!

 * No we have been up since October on this host .. Nothing was done on our end,
   I am on hold at this time with the host, but was looking for any additional help
   on the WordPress side of it and how bad this could potentially be..
