WordPress doesn't update plugins

    After the update from 3.4.2 to 3.5.1, when WordPress tells that there are updates for some plugins, starting the update (single or all together), WordPress give the message: “The plugin is at the latest version.”. I have to update all plugins using FTP.
    How can I fix this issue?
