# wordpress doesn’t update changes

 * hi
 * I’m working on a new blog and have some issues, which i couldn’t find an answer
   so far.
 * if i change settings, no matter what, (f.e. the sidebar widget) it does not update
   automaticaly on the page, not even after refresh. tried with opera and firefox,
   its not a browser issue.
 * after updating a page or creating a new post, the changes will be displayed correctly
   on this particular page or post that has been updated, but the rest still shows
   the old setting.
 * i’m despairing cause of this and cannot seem to find a solution after spending
   2 days googling..
 * aNY IDEAS???

 * i also tried it on different themes, so its not a theme issue either.
 * on the same server i have blogs without this problem that use the same version
   of wordpress (2.9.2)

 * moreover i disabled all plugins, to try if its a problem with one of those, but
   without success

   and non-updated versions?

 * hey alism. as menitoned i disabled all plug ins to check.
    the only caching plugin
   i had installed was wp super cache but its not active atm

 * thanks for the hint however. i’ve deleted the wp super cahce plugin from the 
   server and the problem has gone

 * Don’t just disable it, make sure you uninstall it properly. There should be an
   uninstall script on the settings page for that plugin.
 * edit: see you’ve already removed it. 😉
