# WordPress does not send email

 * WordPress does not send email, either from the initial user registration or from
   any contact form I install.
 * I have tried several emails in the ‘general’ setting, but none works.
 * Any ideas?

 * It is depends on your hosting serer configuration. It seems that your server 
   requires authentication to send the email. To resolve it, check with these plugins:

 * You have figured out what my hosting service (who provides WordPress as an application)
   has spent two weeks trying to figure out!
 * I can’t thank you enough.
 * I can now send/receive email from my blog but now the site does not send a new
   user their registration info (that was the only email function that DID work 
   before). Any suggestions? It does, however, send me a notification email that
   they’ve registered (it did NOT do that before).
